Our objectives

KCO supports disadvantaged people and communities; promotes education, healthcare and sustainable development; advocates social justice, gender equality and environmental conservation; and strengthens vulnerable people’s wellbeing and livelihoods. Its objectives also include collaboration, Christian outreach in Uganda and beyond, mobilising funds, equipment and people, developing talents for recreation and work, improving food security, and community-led activities approved by its Board.

Health

Community engagement, preventive-health information and partnerships connect underserved people with care and support.

Education

Learning opportunities help children, youth and women gain skills, confidence and a stronger foundation for the future.

Agriculture and food security

Sustainable agricultural practices aim to improve household resilience, food availability and earning opportunities.

Faith-based outreach

Through prayer, evangelism, encouragement and compassionate service, KCO shares the message of Jesus Christ and walks alongside people facing difficulties.

Community empowerment

Skills development, employment, income generation and support for individual talents help people build greater independence.
